Oranges are rich in vitamin C and it’s high levels burn fat more efficiently. Chilli contains capsaicin, which – as well as its metabolism boosting properties

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange
  • ½ a chilli
  • 1 scoop of whey protein isolate
  • 400ml green tea, cold
  • Handful of kale

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, then pulse until smooth. That’s it!

4. Mango Mint Protein Smoothie:

Mint and mangos are so good together and the mangos make the Mint Mango Protein Smoothie so thick and creamy! I also made a refreshing Mango Mint Energizing Smoothie for the girls and we put that into pops! Yum!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup non dairy milk
  • 1 scoop natural unflavored protein powder
  • 1/2 ripe mango flesh, chunks
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, then pulse until smooth. That’s it!
